2.2-Hour Sightseeing Tour by Rickshaw

★★★★★★★★★★4.7 · 81 reviews · 2 hours

Ride through central Amsterdam in a private bike-taxi for two, with pickup at your hotel, cruise terminal, museum, or another central address. Guide Jan is known for tailoring the route, adding back streets, photo stops, and practical history. A rain cover is provided, but the ride is not suitable for back problems.

“We loved our tour! We got to see so much more than we would have walking and many things that we never would have found on our own. Jan was a great guide who was able to tell us about everything we were seeing, and answer all of our questions. We could not have had a better guide or tour.”

Amsterdam: Private Pedicab Historical Sightseeing Tour

3.Private Pedicab Historical Sightseeing Tour

★★★★★★★★★★5.0 · 41 reviews · 2 hours Top rated

Ride through Amsterdam’s historic center in a private pedicab for two hours with local guide Bram de Haan. You’ll see Dam Square, Zeedijk, Chinatown, the Jewish quarter, the Skinny Bridge, the canal ring, and Museumplein, with hotel pickup, photo stops, and blankets in cold weather.

“The tour itself was excellent. Our guide was also excellent. He had a lot of visual aids that he used to describe places that we were. My only two comments would be that because it was so cold, it would’ve been nice to have a blanket to put on our laps. It also would’ve been nice when we stopped in certain places to let us hop out take a picture and hop back in (jet lag made us quiet or we would have asked.) Aside from that tour was excellent. He gave us a lot of personal insight into the areas we were seeing. Overall, I would recommend this wholeheartedly…”

“What a tour, filled with wealth of historical knowledge, attentively listening to my preferences, and taking me to the scenic and historic spots. Every stop was special. I thoroughly enjoyed discussing the history of Amsterdam and our travels around the world, both old and new architecture, and the ever-changing face of the city. The tour time flew by, and before I knew it, we had to part ways. Alfonso's son is exuberant and a delight. I hope to you again; it was a pleasure sharing your company for the tour. To those reading this, I highly recommend booking the Pedicab tour with Alfonso's son and being treated like a queen.…”
