“We were told to be at the Ice Bar for 16.20. The bar was so small and the free drinks were pitiful. The ice glasses had a big lump in the middle so the amount you got was minimal. The shots were ok but again cheap stuff. The ice bar itself was a tiny little room with a metal floor. We expected something bigger. We then were told we had to make our way to the train station which was an hours walk to catch the canal boat for the second part of our experience. We had already walked down!!! The email wasn’t at all clear and so we didn’t…”
